I'm a multi-modal educator and conversation host who creates immersive learning experiences driven by storytelling, questioning, and play. He’s a frequent moderator of the Singularity University Executive Program and SU International Summits, speaks frequently across the US and abroad on future thinking and creative problem solving, and has recently connected dots, ideas & people as a guest lecturer and workshop facilitator at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, the Empowerment Summit in Lausanne, and the Stanford d.School.
Jeffrey joined Singularity University in 2016 as the company’s first Director of Faculty Development. Before that, he spent nearly a decade building learning & development solutions, consulted on a couple of early digital learning startups, delivered youth leadership programs in the High Sierra, and worked as a pop culture journalist.
Jeffrey is a social scientist (University of Texas, UC Berkeley) with abiding interests in environmental history and human ecology, a knack for future thinking & a deep belief in the transformative potential of emerging technologies as tools to de-risk experimentation, accelerate learning, and create change.
